Make Your Home a Place of Rest in the Summer

Not everyone has a home for the summer. However, here are some tips to turn your house all year round in a summer house.

The first thing you should do is eliminate things that you do not use. Although it can not get rid of bills and papers you use every day,  it can be organized into folders.

Then, you must choose one topic or theme for decorating your home. There are several ideas  to choose.

One such idea is the tropical vacation home. Some things that can incorporate are:

• Purchase bamboo curtains for some doors, original hand-painted designs.

• Cover the walls with light colored textured paper.

• Fill your home with tropical plants. If the area in which they live has the right temperature, plant tropical plants in your garden. Some options suggested are plants such as palms and bananas.

• Choose tropical fabrics for windows, with details such as the hibiscus, or other flowers they like.

• Hagan accessories and details with sea snails.

• For floors, use natural materials like bamboo or sisal.

Another theme that can be used to give your home a holiday feeling is the “Fall Refuge.” Place the following materials to recreate the right atmosphere:

• Hang the winter sports equipment on the walls, including snowboard boots, skis, etc.

• A cow leather or sheep rug in the living room is a nice touch.

• Hang wallpaper on the walls and put heavy blankets on the chairs and armchairs.

Finally, remember that the most important thing is to keep it simple. The charm of the holiday homes is that the places where you can relax. Therefore, do not add too much.
